工作职责：

1.Responsible for the implementation and delivery of digital transformation projects, including developing delivery plans, implementing and following up on these plans, ensuring projects are completed on time and with high quality;
2.Responsible for the operations and maintenance work of digital transformation projects, including inspections of project deliverables, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc., to ensure continuous and healthy operation of products and equipment;
3.Responsible for managing risks and issues during project delivery and operations, including analyzing and identifying risks and issues, developing contingency plans, monitoring and handling them, and providing ongoing feedback;
4.Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination related to the project, including preparing and organizing communication materials and meetings, creating meeting minutes, etc.;
5.Assist in project management tasks, including monitoring project scope, cost, timeline, quality, risk, etc.;
6.Assist in customer requirement analysis and solution design, accumulating best practices from an implementation and operational perspective, continuously empowering project delivery and business opportunity expansion;
7.Other daily project management and delivery operations tasks, including knowledge documentation, document management, process follow-up, cross-departmental coordination, etc.

任职资格：

1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Bahasa native speaker, proficiency in Chinese (in listening, speaking, reading, and writing) (required)
3.Experience/background in industries such as IoT, electrical automation, industrial sensors (required), experience in hydropower or forestry digitization (preferred)
4.Experience in equipment maintenance management is preferred, familiarity with common industrial equipment communication and data transmission protocols, such as RS485, Ethernet, Lora, Modbus, CANbus, etc. (preferred)
5.Familiarity with common IoT communication technologies, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, satellite, etc.
6.Experience with hardware and software products in past projects, including but not limited to design and development, installation and deployment, operations and maintenance
7.Excellent communication skills (experience in managing cross-border supplier communication is a plus)
8.Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in on-site incident handling (required)
